Bullshit
Level of play : 3
3-7 Players
1 or 2 Decks, depending on how many players, and how many levels in the pyramid

Bullshit is similar to Up river, Down river, but requires a lot more concentration.

Each player is dealt 4 or 5 cards (more cards mean more drinks). The player may look at these cards ONLY at the beginning of the game. After he looks at the cards, he must lay the cards in front of him face down. The player must remember the position of each card.

The dealer then deal cards face down in an inverted pyramid configuration. Like this :

1 1 1 1 1
 2 2 2 2    or   1 1 1 1
  3 3 3             2 2 2
   4 4                3 3
    5                   4

The number indicates the value of the card

Play starts by the dealer flipping over the First card in the top row. If any body has a card with the same number, (or if anybody CLAIMS to have that card) they may give one drink to any other player. If the other player believes that the player has this card, he may simply drink.
If the other player thinks he is lying, he says "Bullshit!". The player that gave the drink must then flip over the correct card. If he does, the other player that said "Bullshit!" must drink DOUBLE. If the player does not have that card, or if he flips over the wrong card, HE must drink double.
When a player flips over a card, it is returned to the discard pile, and the player gets a new card. As before, the player may look at once, then lay down face down in front of him.
Play continues with all of the cards in the first row.
Then play the second row is the same as before, but each card is now worth 2 drinks. Keep going through all of the cards until the all the cards have been flipped, then re-deal.

If a player has TWO of the same card, he may make TWO people drink. But, if the other player calls "BULLSHIT!", he must flip over BOTH cards.

To simplify, every time somebody tells somebody else to drink, one of the following things will happen.  In this example, Player 1 gives Player 2 a drink....:

The dealer flips over a six. Player one claims that he has a six in his hand, so he orders Player 2 to drink.

1) If Player 2 believes that Player 1 actually has the card, he can simply takes the drink(s).
2) If Player 2 does NOT believe Player one has the card, he can ask player 1 to flip over the card to prove it.
    a) If Player 1 flips over the correct card, player 2 must drink DOUBLE.
    b) If Player 1 was just bullshitting, or if he flips over the wrong card, player 1 must drink DOUBLE.
