Higher or Lower is a simple game. Flip a card. You must then determine whether
the next cards Higher, or Lower. If you are right, you may either try another
card, or pass. If you are wrong, count the number of cards in the stack,
and drink that many. . If the card is the same, you must drink DOUBLE.
If the stack gets to 7 seven cards, the person that guessed the 7th card
correctly gets to make a
rule.
The stack is then cleared after somebody guesses incorrectly, or gets to
7 cards.
You must guess at least one card correctly before you can pass the cards.
