Deal out 4 or 5 cards to every player face up.
Flip over 1 card. This is the first card "up the river". Anybody that has
that # must drink 1
Then, Flip over another card. This is the second card "up the river". Anybody
that has that # must drink 2
Flip another. Anybody with that same number must drink 3
Flip another. Anybody with that same number must drink 4
Now, go down the river.
Flip a card. Anybody with that card may give 4 drinks to another player
Flip another. Anybody with that # may give 3 drinks
Next card is worth 2 drinks, the last is worth 1.
